1.The service
WowSuch sells, rents, hosts, and services the Bitmain Antminer L9 — a Scrypt ASIC that merge-mines Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE) on the same electricity. We operate WowSuch Pool, which finds blocks and routes rewards, and WowSuch MPC, a non-custodial wallet in which your rewards are held under keys only you control. Machines are housed in a monitored United States facility. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2.Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, renting, hosting, or operating mining hardware, and receiving cryptocurrency, is lawful where you live, and for any taxes that result. We may decline or cancel any order, and may require identity verification (KYC) before fiat cash-out or where required by law.
3.Orders & payment
An order on this site is a reservation. After you select a package and submit your details, we email a secure invoice with payment instructions, typically within the hour. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and cleared.
For an outright purchase, the price of an Antminer L9 is . A deposit, which is non-refundable, reserves your selected machines; the balance is due within 30 days. Once paid, machines are racked in the hosting facility and begin mining under a one-year hosting contract. Fleets of up to 500 machines are supported.
You may pay your invoice by USDC or other supported crypto, by card, or by bank wire. Card payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-compliant payment processor; we never collect or store full card numbers on this site. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes or duties that may apply to you.
4.Hosting terms
Hosting is a flat all-in, on a one-year term, in our United States facility, which is 24/7 monitored with an on-site repair team. Machines are live within one business day of cleared payment.
Mining runs on WowSuch Pool at a locked pool fee. Hosting and the pool fee are withheld automatically from your daily rewards before payout. When the pool auto-withholds your hosting, the security deposit and one-time setup fee are waived; if you prefer to pay hosting yourself, a two-month deposit and a setup fee apply instead. To protect you, we curtail or self-mine rather than run your machine at a loss whenever mining revenue would fall below the hosting cost.
5.Rent-to-own terms
Rent-to-own is fractional, by the chip. A single Antminer L9 is across four hashboards; you choose how many chips to rent, subject to a minimum. Each chip is about , paid over 18 months at 0% interest (about per chip per month, so roughly at the 12-chip minimum) while it mines.
Repairs are included for the entire 18-month term at no extra cost. Payments are due regardless of mining results. At month 18, once your chips are paid off, you may (a) pay the difference to own the whole L9 — a total basis; (b) walk away and stop paying; or (c) have the actual chip desoldered and shipped to you as a keepsake. A single chip cannot mine on its own.
6.Warranties & repairs
Outright purchases include a 90-day warranty plus 90 additional days of free repairs — six months of repair coverage in total — using original parts and our on-site technicians. Repairs are typically completed in under 14 business days, and each repair carries its own fresh 90-day warranty. On rent-to-own plans, repairs are included for the full 18-month term, during which cumulative repair downtime may reach up to three months. Except as stated here, hardware is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
7.Buyback & exit
There is no lock-in beyond your hosting term. To exit, give 90 days' notice. We will broker the sale of your hardware at fair market value, or derack and ship it to you for a per-machine derack fee plus shipping. Any buyback or brokered price reflects live fair market value at the time of sale and is not a guaranteed amount.
8.Risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency mining returns are variable and not guaranteed. Rewards depend on network difficulty, coin prices, machine uptime, and pool luck, and can fall to zero. Past performance does not predict future results, and no profit, payout, or coin amount is promised. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating the risks and for any tax consequences of mining; consult your own advisors.
9.Custody & your keys
Rewards are paid to a WowSuch MPC self-custody wallet that only you can unlock. We never take custody of your coins or your private keys. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys, recovery material, and credentials. We cannot recover lost keys, and transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. Loss of your keys may mean permanent loss of access to your funds.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowSuch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the machine or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which WowSuch is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific governing jurisdiction and venue will be stated in your order agreement. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts or forum identified there.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site. The terms in effect when your order is confirmed govern that order; your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13.Contact
