1.Scope & summary
WowSuch ("we", "us") operates this website to sell, rent, host, and service Bitmain Antminer L9 mining machines and to license related pool and wallet software. This policy covers the personal information you provide through our quote, checkout, and chat forms when you use this site.
In short: we collect only the details you choose to enter into a form. While your request is awaiting backend processing, your form entries are held in your own browser's local storage so the order and quote tools can display them back to you. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers. The only external network calls this site makes are to Google Fonts (for typography) and the CoinGecko price API (for live LTC and DOGE prices). Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
2.What we collect
We collect only the information you submit through the forms on this site:
- Quote & contact requests: your name, email address, whether you want to buy or rent, how many machines you are interested in, your country, and any message you write.
- Order reservations (checkout): your first and last name, email address, the package and quantity you selected, and your chosen payment preference (USDC/crypto, card, or bank wire).
- Chat assistant: any text you type into the on-site assistant so it can answer your question.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank credentials, or government identification through this website. When payment is collected, it is handled separately as described under Payments below.
3.How it is stored & used
When you submit a quote or order form, your entries are first saved in your browser's local storage under the key . This lets the order summary and quote tools show your details back to you and lets our staff retrieve your request to follow up. Until a submission is transferred to our backend systems for processing, it remains on your device and origin.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or invoice, fulfil and support your order, arrange hosting and payouts, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4.Payments
Orders are processed by invoice. After you reserve a machine, we email a secure invoice with payment instructions. We never collect card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank credentials directly on this website.
If you choose to pay by card, the card payment is completed through a third-party, PCI-compliant payment processor. The processor handles your card details under its own security controls and privacy policy; WowSuch receives only a confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata (such as the last four digits and an authorization reference). For bank wire or crypto payments, you send funds using the instructions on your invoice.
5.Crypto payout addresses
Mining rewards are paid to a WowSuch MPC self-custody wallet that only you can unlock. To deliver payouts and let you withdraw, we process the public wallet addresses associated with your account. Public blockchain addresses and on-chain transactions are, by the nature of public blockchains, visible to anyone; we do not control and cannot remove information recorded on a public ledger. We never have custody of your private keys or your coins.
6.Cookies & local storage
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is the described in Section 3, which keeps your quote and order entries on your own device so the tools can function. Clearing your browser's site data removes it. Because we use no tracking cookies, there is no advertising profile to opt out of.
7.Third-party services
This site makes only two categories of external request, both directly from your browser:
- Google Fonts: our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them may expose your IP address to Google, subject to Google's privacy policy.
- CoinGecko price API: the live LTC and DOGE prices shown on this site are fetched from CoinGecko's public market-data API. No personal data is sent with this request; it is subject to CoinGecko's own terms.
Separately, our PCI-compliant payment processor handles card transactions as described in Section 4. We do not embed third-party advertising, social media tracking, or analytics scripts.
8.Data retention
Local-storage entries remain in your browser until you clear your site data. Once a submission is transferred to our systems, we retain the personal information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, fulfil and support your order, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
9.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also remove the data held in your own browser at any time by clearing your site data. You may decline to submit any form on this site.
10.Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
